Our South Australian Cabernet has purple colours with red hues. This is a well-balanced wine showing berry fruit and blackcurrant characters with a hint of coffee from the time in contact with oak. The palate delivers flavours of blackcurrant with good length and elegant tannins. This is a medium bodied wine and can be enjoyed now or over the next 3 years.
